Providing false information about your age during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
3.1 To access Lucky22's games and services you must create an account by completing the registration process accurately and honestly. You must provide your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and a date of birth.
3.2 Each individual may hold only one account at Lucky22. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or shared contact details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and balances held pending investigation.
3.3 You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and subsequently is accurate, current and complete. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.4 Lucky22 may require identity verification at any point. This typically includes a copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). Verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at other times at Lucky22's discretion.
3.5 Lucky22 reserves the right to refuse any registration application or to close any account at its discretion, including where it suspects fraud, identity misrepresentation or policy violation.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share these with any other person under any circumstances.
4.2 Any activity conducted through your Lucky22 account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must contact Lucky22 support immediately at support@lucky22.im.
4.3 Lucky22 will never ask for your password by email, chat or phone. Any communication claiming to be from Lucky22 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
4.4 We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This adds a significant layer of security and is available to all Lucky22 players in account settings at no cost.
5.1 All deposits at Lucky22 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 300. There is no maximum deposit limit, though very large deposits may trigger additional verification.
5.2 Lucky22 accepts deposits via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank Transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

5.4 You may only deposit funds that lawfully belong to you. You must not use funds obtained through illegal activity or use payment methods that do not belong to you.
5.5 Lucky22 does not charge fees for standard deposits. Any fees applied by your payment provider are outside Lucky22's control and are your responsibility.
5.6 Deposits made in error — for example to an incorrect account — must be reported to Lucky22 support immediately. Lucky22 will use reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee recovery of misdirected funds where the error was made by the player.
6.1 You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
6.2 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure.
6.3 First-time withdrawals from a Lucky22 account require successful identity verification. You will be asked to provide a copy of your Pakistani CNIC. This verification is typically completed within 10 minutes during business hours.
6.4 Withdrawal processing times: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals typically arrive within 1–2 hours.
6.5 Lucky22 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
6.6 Lucky22 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, Terms violation, or where a bonus wagering requirement has not been met.
6.7 Any bonus funds that have not completed the required wagering conditions will be deducted from your balance before a withdrawal is processed.
7.1 Lucky22 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual offer, which supplement and where relevant override this section.
7.2 All bonuses offered at Lucky22 are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the offer description.
7.3 Lucky22 bonuses are available to one account per player, per household and per device. Where the same bonus is claimed multiple times through related accounts or shared payment methods, all bonus amounts will be voided.
7.4 Bonuses that are not used within the validity period stated in the offer will expire and be removed from your balance automatically.
7.5 Lucky22 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled before a player has completed the wagering requirement, the player's deposit will be returned and any remaining bonus balance voided.
7.6 Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to placing low-risk bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuinely engaging with the game, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

8.1 All games available at Lucky22 are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the game rules will apply in relation to gameplay and outcomes.
8.2 Lucky22's games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for computer-dealt games, and licensed live dealer studios for live casino games. All game providers are certified and regularly audited by independent testing laboratories.
8.3 Crash games including Aviator use provably fair algorithms. Players may verify the outcome of each round using the verification tools available within the game interface.
8.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface before a bet is placed. Lucky22 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.
8.5 In the event of a technical malfunction or game error during a round, the affected round will be voided and all bets returned to players. Lucky22 is not liable for any loss suffered as a result of a technical error beyond the return of the affected bet.
8.6 Lucky22 reserves the right to void any game result where there is evidence of software error, data corruption, or where the integrity of the result cannot be verified.
9.1 Sports betting at Lucky22 is subject to the specific betting rules available in the Sports Betting section of the platform in addition to these Terms.
9.2 Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds at which the bet is settled.
9.3 Lucky22 reserves the right to limit stake amounts for any player, market or event at its discretion, including for players identified as consistently successful.
9.4 In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of the in-play market at the time the bet is placed. Lucky22 does not guarantee the continued availability of any in-play market once it has opened.
9.5 Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned or void, all bets on that event will be settled according to Lucky22's void bet rules, which are available in the Sports Betting help section.
9.6 Lucky22 will void any bet where there is evidence that the player had access to material non-public information about the outcome of the event at the time the bet was placed.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited at Lucky22 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

13.1 Lucky22 provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or fitness for any particular purpose.
